Product Details
The Open-Tray Transfer – NP Platform 3.5 is designed for precise implant-level impression taking using the open-tray technique. Compatible with conical connection 3.5 narrow platform implants, this transfer ensures accurate replication of implant position, angulation, and depth in the working model.
Manufactured from Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), the transfer provides high mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to deformation during impression procedures. The open-tray design allows the transfer to remain secured within the impression tray during removal, reducing repositioning errors and improving accuracy—especially in multiple implant or non-parallel cases.
Available in heights of 10 mm and 14 mm, the transfer accommodates varying soft-tissue depths and tray thicknesses. Supplied with a dedicated open-tray transfer screw, it integrates seamlessly into routine restorative and laboratory workflows.
