Product Details

This rotational (non-indexed) Ti-Base is engineered for Nobel Active–compatible RP 4.3 conical platforms. The non-indexed interface provides rotational freedom for multi-unit, screw-retained frameworks/bridges, supporting accurate CAD/CAM workflows. Machined from Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) for strength and biocompatibility and supplied with a matched prosthetic screw.
Compatibility: Nobel Active® RP 4.3 (third-party compatibility; verify interface/fit). Follow the implant system IFU for torque and driver selection.

Includes:Ti-Base (rotational), 1× Prosthetic Screw

FAQs

Is this Ti-Base compatible with Nobel Active RP 4.3?

Yes. It is designed for Nobel Active–compatible RP 4.3 conical platforms. Always verify interface and fit before use.

When should I choose a rotational (non-indexed) Ti-Base?

Select rotational for multi-unit bridges/frameworks where orientation is not fixed. For single-unit crowns needing fixed orientation, use an anti-rotational (indexed) Ti-Base.

Is this intended for screw-retained restorations?

Yes—primarily screw-retained CAD/CAM frameworks. Follow your restorative plan and lab protocol.

What torque and driver should I use?

Use the prosthetic screw torque and driver specified in the implant system IFU. Do not exceed manufacturer limits.

Can it be sterilized and reused?

Follow labeling/IFU. If supplied non-sterile, clean and steam-sterilize before use. Components are single-patient use; replace worn screws.
