The Non-Rotational Ti-Base – RP 4.3 CAD/CAM (Active Hex) is designed for digitally fabricated implant restorations that require precise anti-rotational positioning. Compatible with conical connection RP 4.3 implants, this Ti-Base features an Active Hex anti-rotational interface that ensures accurate orientation and prevents rotational movement of the final restoration.
Manufactured from Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), the Ti-Base provides excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term biocompatibility. The precision-machined implant interface ensures stable seating and predictable bonding of zirconia, lithium disilicate, or hybrid restorations.
Available in gingival heights of 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0 mm, the non-rotational Ti-Base allows precise soft-tissue management and restorative flexibility. It integrates seamlessly into CAD/CAM workflows for single-unit restorations where controlled orientation and stability are essential.
